Welcome to Morehead Manor, a one-of-a-kind Durham bed and breakfast where elegance, excitement, and hospitality meet.

Originally built for the CEO of Liggett and Meyers, the Manor is a splendidly redecorated 8,000-square-foot, Colonial Revival-style home. Morehead Manor is located within walking distance to the Downtown area, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), and the historic Brightleaf Square; it is also just moments away from Duke University, North Carolina Central University, Research Triangle Park, Raleigh, RDU International Airport, and is easily accessible to both Interstates 85 and 40.

The Manor has five spacious guest rooms, each with a private bath. The Magnolia Suite and The Tiger Room each offer a king-size bed. The Jasmine Room and the Orchid Room each feature a queen-size bed, while The Eagle’s Inn room has two queen-size beds and a seven-head shower.

“A place where elegance, excitement, and hospitality meet.” Guests can spend their afternoons listening to music, having tea, or enjoying a good book in any of the Manor’s common areas. We serve complimentary beverages, scrumptious homemade desserts, and a full breakfast each morning.
