About Attorney James E. Rogers, Esq. was born and raised in Scotland County, NC, and attended law school at North Carolina Central University while working full time as a Durham Police Officer and Criminal Investigator.

After graduation, he continued working for the Durham Police Department as its Senior Police Attorney.

James started the firm in 1995 and has focused exclusively on injury and insurance litigation. He has a history and reputation for helping his clients recover fair and equitable settlements.
